We had a lovely week away in our camper at Eype campsite , it is the best site I have ever been to! A small personal site with amazing views of the sea from every pitch. We loved the fact the beach was within a 5 min walk, also loved that it was on the coast path so you can walk to West bay or the other way if you wish. Eype eats is great for coffee and cake and my dog Stanley loved having a homemade dog bone each morning, we would sit outside. The campsite has a real sense of community as it is so small, we loved how dog friendly it was, Stanley made a lot of friends as did we. The toilets were adequate and clean, and the washing up and laundry room was great. We will be back as we loved the site and loved the location, so many places nearby to visit, including the donkey sanctuary, west bay, abbotsbury gardens, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Weymouth, Portland, Lulworth and Durdle door! All dog friendly days out!

It’s on a costal footpath, such a small, quiet, friendly site, the caravans are spotless, the toilet and showers blocks for the campers are too. A really lovely week spent in a caravan with a sea view, wonderful, thankyou.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this site in July. It was our second visit and we love the location with easy access to the beach and beautiful coastal walks. We stayed in a caravan with sea views and a parking space and it was as described. It is a small, family run and friendly site. We hope to be back!

Fantastic location. Caravan was a little retro but perfect for us and our little dog. Caravan was spotless as was the site. Very well maintained. Owner and staff friendly. Lovely and quiet site. Lots of lovely little touches like DVD player in caravan and dvds and books to borrow. Has everything you could possibly need. Had a fabulous weeks stay and will definitely be returning. Lovely walk into West Bay over the cliffs for lunch or evening meal. Eype eats handy for sweet treats. We took battery powered candles to relax at night which was perfect

Where to start…. Wanted sea view and booked caravan with sea view, but alas not unless you crane your neck. The place is tired, no electric kettle only a rusty, dirty one on the hob, which leeks water all over the unit , oven dirty and rusty. Plus you have to get on your knees to light the oven with a match, not helpful when you are elderly or have knee issues, .Dining room table in disrepair, no chairs to sit on at a table, needs a good clean., saucepans so outdated my grandmother had them. The toilet does not flush properly, No fire blanket, smoke alarm does not work, no fire assembly points on show or on website, the list goes on Second bedroom door not shutting properly, coming off its hinges. Staff were not friendly when I saw them in the morning and certainly not helpful, all they want is money! Parking is also a huge issue , if you park in the wrong place you are charged! Would have like to have spoken with someone when we arrived but reception and Eype eats closed as gone 4pm and we we told not too arrive until 4pm , very unhelpful We were recommended this site, but I have to say I would not recommend to anyone. I understand we are in a pandemic, but I have not been anywhere else , where we have not been welcomed or at least checked in with within 24hrs I was so disappointed I wanted to go back home . if it wasn’t,t for the walk down to the beach, I would have done!!!!
