This campsite was a great place to explore Dorset and is just a short walk from the beautiful village of corfe.
The pitch we had was fairly level and the facilities were fine if I'm honest for a busy campsite. My children rode their bikes...More

Second trip here.
The site itself has all the required facilities for camping as you would expect. The location is good for the steam train and local tourist sites. There is a nice little wood where the kids can play safely (although they may get...More

We will definitely return and I’m a very fussy camper usually preferring an hotel suite. Haha. It’s a lovely area too with some great places to eat. Hope this helps.

Oh yes. If you mean walking then the Square & Compass is the best pub in the area and almost the world. It is very oldy worldly, it has a fab atmosphere and plenty of seating in and outside. You can walk off road bridleway directly from the campsite 15 mins then cross over the main tarmac road and straight down another tarmac road to the pub 12 mins. Or a more fun route is bridleway and footpath all the way but will take a bit longer. enjoy and try to make the stone carving festival
