This is our third visit to the site and we were fortunate to get a booking as it is especially popular while covid restrictions make foreign holidays difficult. Our 2 boys love the freedom and the swimming pool. We like the local attractions and relaxed atmosphere. The site is always clean as are the toilets and showers and there really is nothing to complain about. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make us feel welcome. There are plenty of water and drainage locations for caravaners. I would like to see a cafe by the pool so I can sit and watch my children swimming but understand there may be planning difficulties. Maybe use the office and relocate this function? Also there bollards that protect trees from turning caravans which could be difficult for larger vans. One caravan hit my car while he was avoiding the bollard but nothing serious. The key measure is will we return. Yes, we will.

We stayed for the last week in August and the site was excellent, there are lots of staff on site and they are all very helpful and friendly. The site is in a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and backing on to Wareham forest. The facilities were clean and well looked after. There was a good park for young kids and the swimming pool was clean and warm enough to swim/play in. Would definitely recommend the site and we will stay here again. There is also free wi-fi which works well all around the site which is a real bonus.

I have just spent a week with my daughter and three grandchildren. I returned home and my son-in-law came out for the second week. Absolutely brilliant week, the children have so much freedom and made so many friends. Everyone always seems so so friendly of course you will always have the exception! My husband and myself have come here for years when we had our caravan and can highly recommend it. Young and old. Excellent site so well looked after. Toilets always kept clean. Swimming pool brilliant. The only comment I would make if you don’t want children playing around you book your holiday out of school holidays, although I were near a couple who had bought their grandchildren with them. Although I live local there are so many places to visit. Corfe Castle, Swanage steam railway, Blue Pool to name just a few. Hopefully I shall be returning next year as my son has already booked.

We have visited this site for many years , we live locally and choose this site due to its extremely friendly and ever so helpful staff, cleanliness and its great safe family vibe !! I am disappointed in the negative feedback from previous review from 'Jo Jo' as I am the afore mentioned 'Father' in the dispute , and I believe the owner of the site dealt with the dispute extremely professionally, calmly and diffused the situation very well , unfortunately certain people tend to over react in certain situations and can become aggressive , as the owner quite rightly said abusive language towards people and CHILDREN will not be tolerated! As it states in the 'rules' quiet time is between 11pm and 7am ( not 9pm to 7am) and most children go in way before this time. May I suggest if people dont like children making noise then to holiday in September when they are back at school! We shall be returnimg next year as will our friends and family. Cant wait and thanks!
