Quick over night stop whilst visiting Ballymena and Belfast. Great executive room overlooking the spa and river. Amazing Christmas lights. Had dinner in Gillies on my own and had a lovely steak. Sat next to the fire. Very nice and service was great. Decided to have a nightcap in the Gin Library, had a Brooklyn and an Old Raj, both... More

Where do I start, I always loved the Galgorm but this visit was exceptional. The staff and I mean all the staff are 5* standard. My family and I were made feel special and that we were important to them. They could not have done anything more to make our stay a great family memory. Our food, room, treats, room... More

My friend and I decided to book in overnight instead of Xmas gifts to each other ... yes it is not cheap but it is definitely worth the money. Thermal village is brilliant. It is unique. Multiple areas and types of relaxation. Plenty of room for everyone. Staff throughout the trip were so friendly and helpful. Dinner in Gillies was... More

Stayed two nights in a superior room at a reunion event. have previously stayed here 5 years ago in a standard room (which was very nice, having a view of the river). We were welcomed at reception and shown to our room by a very helpful member of staff who explained the layout of the complex for us, eating options,... More

I was extremely looking forward to our stay attending a wedding and it turned out to be very disappointing when arriving in our room with an elderly lady, myself & 2 kids. I had to speak to 2 concierges before they could get me a duty manager, we changed room as heating system was broken it was -3 rooms where... More

Another fabulous overnight stay at the Galgorm; our first since the extension works were completed. We opted for the deluxe package, which includes afternoon tea (an absolute treat) and a room in the new part of the hotel. The new extended thermal village is a sight to behold. Quite simply the best place to stay in Northern Ireland. Stunning!

I was in a group of six having Afternoon Tea. The selection of sandwiches, scones + sweet pastries was superb. The only criticism I have is regarding the seating. I am in a wheelchair and found the table too low, which made it difficult for me to reach coffee cup etc. The rest of the party had lower seating which... More
