My son and I have been staying at The Spindrift almost once a month for the last few years. We treat it like our second home! Ken and Christine are fabulous, friendly hosts and have made us feel very welcome over the years. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, superbly appointed and very comfortable. The wifi throughout the guest house...

We've been here a few years ago with children but this was a quick visit to watch a golf tournament ! The spindrift was just as good now , pleasant hosts ,great room with everything you would need , lovely breakfast , and set in an ideal location within walking and short driving distance of everywhere we needed! We were welcomed by the friendly hosts who took time to show us around. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Evening meal, which had to be pre-booked, was delicious as was the huge choice for breakfast. Overall, a delightful stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Spindrift.

We recently stayed here, choosing it mainly based on Trip Advisor reviews...and were not disappointed. Both rooms were very comfortable, clean and super facilities, we were well looked after. We stayed in for dinner on both nights and the quality and quantity of the food was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and filling, I would highly recommend The Spindrift to anyone....

We were so impressed by the service and amenities at The Spindrift. The selections for the full breakfast are all sourced from local farms - free range eggs made to order, my favorite. The bath amenities are similar to a 5 star hotel. The WiFi is top speed. Bed is comfy. Coffee service includes fresh French pressed ground coffee and...

The location is at the edge of the small village, the host were helpful and pleasant. I have problems with steps due to an accident in 2015. We were put in the top floor attic. I would not recommend if you have problems with many, many steps. The parking is very tight.

Thank you for your comments We are obviously disappointed that you were not happy with your stay in August and we can only apologise for this. We agree we have a number of stairs to the 2nd floor (not the attic) but it would never be our intention to put you there if we had known of your accident. Perhaps...

A very comfortable room with public lounge area. Across from a golf course. You can walk to the downtown area, water or stroll to the next town over if you don't care to drive. Parking is a premium so people park in front of each other but everyone is aware that they may need to move their car for someone...
