Detailed Reviews
This is one these pure gems of a bed and breakfast that make you wish it was your secret ! 😁🥳
What hosts Graham and Edna are, great down to earth honest folk who truley make you feel welcome , absolutely no stiffness unlike some guest house owners we have encountered before. Graham met us at the front car parking area and straight away knew us due to the communications we had over the previous few weeks. We had to chop and change our dates, but it was no problem at all to Him.
The room we had was the “Crail” triple room that was plenty roomy and comfy enough, great street people watching from the cute little chair by the window. The beds were extremely comfy and we truley slept like logs, even my snoring never bother er indoors 😁😳 The en-suite shower room is very spacious with a great big shower that has good pressure and very refreshing indeed. The decor is superb , I loved the grey panelling, and modern and lit well.
Other impressive details were the excellent wi-fi , which is free. The bed side lights are perfect for evening night reading without disturbing others in the room. Plenty hanging space for cloths and drawer storage.
There is a stunning small garden with seating to the rear that is worthy of a show medal , as it is so wonderfully maintained.
And as previously mentioned by others close to a pub that just oozes with real character.
Anyway I hope this has given you the impression it was hoped it would, that of an almost lost genuine little b&b run by friendly , honest down to Earth good folk.
A return visit is guaranteed as we only live just over an hour away but it’s a different world apart.
Thank you guys for a great stay and I hope the wee gift was OK !!😜😀🤪

One of the best B&Bs I've been to and I've been to quite a few! Very welcoming. As soon as I entered, they welcomed me by name (even though I had never stayed there before) - first time I have experienced that and it was a nice personal touch. Hand sanitiser available on entry and face coverings worn. Room was very clean and relaxing, with a sea view. Breakfast was very nice, I had scrambled eggs with hot smoked salmon and the produce was locally sourced. They were happy to supply local information and advice of good/ interesting places to visit and photograph. Will be back!

We stayed at the Honeypot recently and the owners Graham & Edna could not have been more friendly & welcoming. They were flexible regarding dates, rooms and accommodating all of our family.
The breakfast was delicious and prepared to order.
We would stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

We have just spent 6 nights in Crail at the lovely Honeypot Bed & Breakfast. Graham and Edna were very warm and welcoming, and the accommodation was superb. The breakfasts were excellent, with a particular highlight being "The Stack" which is a tasty assembly of potato cake, black pudding and chorizo, topped with a poached egg - delicious! 😋

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely guesthouse. So warm and welcoming with a spotless comfortable room with everything you could want. Breakfast was great with a good choice of items and was served by the friendly owner Linda and her staff. Crail is a beautiful old coastal village right on the coastal path. It was so easy to get there from Dundee. Travelled most places by bus but also has a train link 20 minutes away. Will definitely return to the Honey Pot.

Lovely guesthouse with a friendly helpful owner, located in the middle of Crail Close by are interesting shops, cafes and walks by the coast. The coastal bus route runs right outside. The bedroom was so comfortable with everything you could need, and quiet despite the stormy weather.

We stayed at The Honeypot for a couple of nights. Graham & Edna were so welcoming, kind & friendly. The en-suite rooms were lovely and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious, especially the poached eggs on toast! We will definitely be visiting again.
Thank you so much Graham & Edna!!

This is a darling B&B. I had a wonderful, spacious room. They have breakfast but also have lunch available to the public on certain days. We were a large group and they even served us dinner one night. The owners are so sweet and helpful.

We had a two night stay at the Honeypot. Linda is an excellent host. Our room was lovely, clean and well stocked. The breakfast each morning was made to order and it was delicious. We loved Crail, and the Honeypot was centrally located for easy access to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this cute B&B.

Hope you managed to get booked in Franny. This really is a lovely wee place to stay over and eat at. Cheers, Jacqui
Hi there,
Apologies, we run a small food operation and cannot have pets around.
Thanks
