Just spent lovely few days in the garden apartment at Pitcairlie house. Guy and Jimmy very attentive for any of our needs, lovely pool which we had exclusive use of and an added extra which you can include in your package a great hot tub. Highly recommend getting away and experiencing this little bit of beauty and we will definitely be back. Thank you Pitcairlie just what we needed!!

We stayed in the garden apartment. Accommodation was of a high standard, including a lovely comfortable bed and excellent shower. Clear adaptions been made to cover Covid. Apartment had all of the facilities that we needed, including a hairdryer. We couldn’t use any of the facilities Due to Covid but think the access to the swimming pool / sauna would have been great. Apartment was very spacious. Only slight issue was the noise from the apartment above which I hadn’t realised would be there. This is an excellent location, great base for visiting lots of local areas. Directions weren’t great but you will find it on the Newburgh /Auctermuchty road. It is very quiet and peaceful. Grounds are lovely for a walk. Note - don’t book here if you expect to walk to the local village pub as you won’t be close enough. There are good local restaurants but one of the party will need to drive. Would recommend if you want a peaceful break in a great location with very friendly management.

Guy (the owner) was amazing not only in his impeccably warm hospitality but also in how he refurbished this beautiful listed building into an elegant and comfortable venue, complete with period features. This is the go to place if you are looking for an venue to suit many tastes - swimming in indoor pool, or relaxing in the hot tub, walking in Scottish countryside, or simply relaxing outdoors on the terrace or indoors by the fire. The house and apartments can accommodate several people; we (20) went there for our Christmas party and stayed the night. Truly amazing and fabulous. I definitely recommend Pitcairlie House. Thank you Guy and well done.

We recently stayed here with 8 friends and 8 young children the apartments were amazing very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic way to entertain the kids and for the adults to relax( when they got the chance) kids loved the hot tub so much whenever they saw us in it they decided to join us! The apartments are well equipped and had lots of space. The children especially loved being able to go to the outdoor swings and slide and exploring all the grounds. It was lovely to be able to let them have the freedom to go between apartments and the outdoor space in such a private and safe place. We are already looking into when we can return.
