We enjoyed every bit of the stay there. Very peaceful place. Hightlight is view to bridge and sea. Nice breakfast. Very helpful hosts. Elizabeth dropped us to the bus station early in the morning to pick a bus from there. Felt like home. Very clean. They have a balcony that opens to the sea side and bridge. I recommend this...

Wonderful hospitality; breakfast the best - piles of fresh fruit as well as really good cereals - and all the rest of course - especially yummy the grilled mushrooms; landlady as kind and helpful as possible. The room was spotless and comfy. Just one snag - there was no wardrobe in our room so we had to drape our clothes...

Spent 3 nights there, lovely little house with nice and calm rooms. Our hosts so kind and with a great hospitality, lots of advice for visiting places. Stunning views of the bridges from the conservatory and through the hidden door. Hope to come back next year !

Local advise aplenty, delicious breakfast, spotless bathroom and plush bedroom- couldn't ask for more from a B&B. Then there's the location! Watch the waves lap the shore and the other worldly view of the current construction of the new Forth Road bridge out into the sea. A true treasure of a building, one of kind. Thankyou Elizabeth & Ian for...

Great location, very friendly and helpful owners. They gave us a warm welcome, offered lots of useful pieces of advice and took us even to the train station by car. Our room and the bathroom were clean and well equipped. Apart from these things, the delicious breakfast will be unforgettable. Whenever we come to Scotland again, we'll have a stay...

Stayed here for three nights without Mrs Suffolk Pud but with two friends on a golfing holiday. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Nothing was too much trouble for Mrs Mackie. It was a beautiful house in a lovely situation. Breakfasts were as good as anything I've had anywhere.

Wonderfully situated Arts and Crafts style house. Friendly, helpful owners, who allowed me to alter my booking at very short notice, and who gave me a guided tour on arrival. Excellent views, and a pleasant short walk into the picturesque harbour area of North Queensferry. Superb breakfast. Shared bathroom OK, as I was the only guest. Nice deep bath, with...

“There are 3 guest rooms. The twin and the family room are very spacious and share a very large bath. The double is smaller but has a toilet and sink en suite and share the large bath for shower/tub bath. The family room with a queen bed and comfortable chairs and lots of room are the best choice.”
