Arran has plenty to offer a 10 year old boy who likes outdoor activities, there is cycling, kayaking, horse riding, golfing, putting, crazy golf, gorge walking, swimming - and that's just in and around Brodick.
If he is not outdoorsy, it is probably limited as we do not have great internet connections yet and do not have a cinema.
The Shorehouse is self catering apartments rather than a Hotel, so more space but no organised activities
