We spent a few days in Lossiemouth and as we were taking our Yorkshire Terrier with us needed a dog friendly place to stay. The Norland was reasonably priced and right near the West beach and local amenities. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ishbel who is the owner. We were shown to our lovely room and arrangements for breakfast sorted. As our dog is not happy when left alone in unfamiliar surroundings it was decided we could have breakfast in our room each day to make things easier. The establishment was bright, clean and welcoming and the room large and spacious was very well presented. Ensuite bath/toilet and shower again clean and well maintained. I had the full English every day and it was absolutely excellent, the wife had fruit and toast, Ishbel even went to get Bananas for her which was great. Within 10 minutes walk you have an Indian takeaway, a Pizza takeaway, a Chinese takeaway and a local Coop do food is no issue and at reasonable prices. You cannot go wrong stopping here if your in the Lossiemouth or Elgin area, we will be going back again when visiting the area.

My wife and I booked a double room with sea view at the Norland B&B for six nights whilst visiting our family at RAF Lossiemouth. Our hostess Ishbel was fantastic from the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Our room felt very spacious and was immaculately presented, it had all the facilities we needed for the duration of our stay and the sea view was out of this world. This was topped off by a delicious hearty breakfast made to order every morning (both continental & cooked). I would highly recommend the Norland B&B, 10/10 in every respect 💙

Arrival was very warm and welcoming, the room was more than adequate for our needs and our pooch certainly enjoyed having her own little corner to sleep in. Breakfast was consistently excellent throughout our stay and the room was serviced every day. The location is perfect for the beach, literally on your doorstep, pooch certainly enjoyed her walk on the beach every morning. The view from the room was beautiful looking right out over the Firth, made even better by the typhoons taking off and landing.....I love the RAF!!!!

A lovely warm welcome from Isabel and helpful in so many ways - this was our third visit to this spotlessly clean beautifully decorated b&b with the view over the golf course and sea - very comfortable nights sleep and ready to enjoy Isobel’s full Scottish breakfast sets us up to take Toby our dog for a run on the beach.
Thank you Isabel - we will be back next time we travel up from the Cotswolds.

I can honestly say staying at Norland B&B, was one of the best experiences ever. My husband and I and the 2 dogs enjoyed the hospitality of Ishbel and her staff was 2nd to none. I wish there was a 5+ rating , because that is what I put. She is knowledgeable about the area, also full of information, and when she found out we both loved Haggis she ensured we had it every day. We loved her attention to detail and it was more like staying in a friends house, than boarding there.
Really hope we get to visit again.

We stayed at the Norland B&B for a couple
of nights. The accommodation was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious- personally tailored and very accommodating for our various food intolerances. We felt extremely welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend this beach front accommodation.

A very clean and friendly B&B near the centre of Lossiemouth. A lovely breakfast is provided in the dining room which has nice views of the beach and Moray Firth. The room rates are very reasonable and next time i'm back in Lossie, Norland will be my first choice to stay at.

This is the perfect location to start your coastal adventures from. The b&b is directly located by the sea with a stunning view of the coastline, lighthouse and northern parts of Scotland visible.

The rooms are very comfortable and furnished with elegant furniture and decorations which really make them cozy. The beds are amazing and make you sleep like babies.

The breakfast is among the best we’ve ever had at a b&b and even beats medium-priced hotels.

Above it all, there is the host. Ishbel is an amazing woman and when she opens the door and welcomes you to her home, you don’t feel like a guest but more like part of her family.

All in all, this is the definite place to stay at when visiting the Lossiemouth area.

What a fabulous find. From the moment Ishbel welcomed us into her home to the moment we left our experience was fantastic.

Ishbel has got the balance of being interested and interesting spot on.

We had the room at the back corner with spectacular views across the Moray Firth. The bed was so comfortable we could have just stayed in it, marvelling at the view and the ever changing seascape and clouds!

Breakfast was perfect; cereals, fruit, fruit juice and whatever you wanted cooked to order. Nothing appeared to be too much to ask for.

The position of Norland is also perfect. We're having a green holiday so left our car at home. The bus to and from Elgin is literally outside the front door. And the walk to the West Beach and lighthouse is easily accessible.

We are already planning our return!

We only stayed one night but wish it could have been more. What a lovely and helpful lady Ishbel is and what a beautiful home she has. Our room was immaculately clean the bed was soooo comfortable and what an amazing view of the sea we looked out onto. Bathroom was very nice to. In the morning we were offered a cooked breakfast with a variety of items enough to keep the hunger pangs away for most of the day!!! With a beautiful sea view.
Thankyou Ishbel for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing
