In need of a complete update, it's 2016, apart from the tartan carpet that is everywhere the plumbing isn't to good. Had a week in room 47 and the shower is like a jack hammer going off, and for some reason floods if the shower is slightly off centre. And all I'm going to say about the organ is it's...

Stayed last weekend. Big coach party and 2 birthday parties going on so lots of noise. Food was disappointing. Cold cooked breakfasts don't appeal to me. Entertainment was poor, and the Saturday night dinner (6pm) was more like a tea dance and excluded many people. On the upside the staff are friendly. The hotel is badly needing upgrading. A tiny...

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the gem is the staff at breakfast and Dinner which are lovely and make your stay. Food is very good for the price we paid, always hot and good...

Like a thoroughly enjoyable step back in time, this place reminds me of the seaside bars / restaurants / hotels I was taken to on family holidays, as a child. The food is good, the staff are friendly, the entertainment's great and the prices are reasonable. An excellent trip down memory lane - especially for those who remember the west...

We were hear on a coach trip to the Tattoo. The staff are all very nice and the hotel was clean. But for us like a lot of UK hotels coach tours use it was very dated and in need of a revamp. Room clean but small, comfortable bed but again small, it did have free wifi so that was...

The staff at willowbank were absolutely charming nothing was too much for them, we were made very welcome. Having said that the hotel itself was certainly not 4 star as stated I think it would struggle to make 2 star. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was not working, it was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Breakfast...
