Situated slightly uphill from Stromness, the views are stunning across Stromness harbor to Graemsay and Hoy Islands from our very comfortable Hoy room and from the breakfast room. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, everything from a full scottish to fruit and freshly made Bere Bannocks made from local Barony Mills flour served with local butter and cheeses....

And the bathroom was outstanding, with everything you could ask for including an anti-misting mirror. Extra touches such as traditional Scottish shortbread, chocolates and cotton buds all made it feel very...

Joy made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I loved the variety of teas and lovely toiletries. The views from the room over Stromness and Scapa Flow were stunning. The breakfast was fabulous, the fresh berries and rhubarb were the most delicious I have tasted!

We were too early to check in so received excellent tourist information and set off to explore. The room, when we evntually got back, was beautifully decorated in keeping with...
