This pet friendly hotel in ---- is in a superb location, your pets are warmly welcomed in all respects and the staff are very pleasant and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to family and friends with pets, if it wasn’t for the frankly diabolical customer service received after my stay. A colleague of mine had...

We came on the last weekend of October 16, hoping to see the sculptures that are in the Loch but unfortunately they had already been packed away for the winter. However, I was not disappointed in the slightest. The hotel is a warm friendly place, with excellent service. It was lovely to chat to people who come back year after...

…………” I would highly recommend a visit, and this hotel definitely has the best view of the Loch :)………. Many thanks for the great review. Still, our amazing ‘scultpure’ is only in the loch the main season, preferring to be warmer elsewhere in winter. Great to read that you enjoyed so many aspects of the hotel, and we look forward...

I booked for a two night stay to get away with my mum. I'd been to St.Fillans before but stayed in a guest house. Thought we'd give The Four Seasons a try as it was very reasonable on an itison deal. We arrived early but our room was ready for us. We were welcomed warmly and shown around the hotel...

Firstly I should start by explaining I rarely leave negative reviews, you can check my review history, I usually shrug them off as a funny but unfortunate experience and I had no intention of doing so until my parting interaction with who I assume is the owner - the Basil Fawlty of the establishment. I booked this weekend away as...

Many thanks for taking the time to review. I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay away from the wall climbing. It has to be noted you did not welcome my concern of coming to see you during dinner, and then criticize me again for having not enough concern on check out, which I felt pointless given...

The hotel was very accommodating as we had to change the booking at the last minute due to a bereavement in the family. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is located in the picturesque village of St Fillans right on the shore of Loch Earn. Is a great place for anyone who likes a walk in the...

The views of the loch from this hotel are fantastic. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had two fantastic evening meals in the hotel restaurant which also has a great view of the loch. Although we enjoyed our room very much, the decor was tired and I was disappointed with the comfort of the mattress.

Arrived in the crisp autumn sunshine to fabulous views of Loch Earn, and the snow covered hills! A range of fine wines, champagne and whisky are available; enjoy a cool glass of Chablis on a summer's evening or malt by the warmth of the log fire in autumn! The hotel is the perfect location for that special occasion whether it is a traditional dinner party, birthday or wedding.
