This is a ranch with eight bedrooms, a living room with a tv, games and books. There are plenty of comfy chairs and love seats along with a table and chairs. Kathy, the owner is super cool. We loved her. We sat and talked over an hour. Each room is different. Some have double beds, some have one single and... More

A 1-night stop-over during our tour of the Scottish highlands, in an area where choice was limited. The guest house was larger than it looked from the outside, and I think had 10 or so rooms. The room we were in was small but adequate, as was the en-suite bathroom with shower, with a restricted view onto the fields behind.... More

Very nice accommodation, we have stayed here before but several years ago and it has blossomed in that time into a really nice B&B. The rooms are all spotlessly clean and well equipped - no tv in ours but there is a large tv in the common room.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip to north coast 500. This was a last minute booking as nothing else was available in the town. PROS: The owners are a very friendly couple and were very accommodating with our check-in time. They place has a nice guest lounge stacked with DVDs, books and board... More

The worst guest house that we had in the Highlands.. Bedroom very small. The toilets were clogged.. There wasn't any door handle in the bathroom.. the housework wasn't done.. The breakfast was very standard..

Rooms were clean and comfortable, however not overly spacious. Owners and staff were welcoming and friendly, which helped make the stay enjoyable. A very dog friendly b&b, who even cooked extra sausages at breakfast time for our dog. Would definitely recommend this b&b due to a good price and friendly staff.

Stayed her during a road trip round the north coast. The young, foreign staff are very enthusiastic and helpful and there is a nice guest lounge. The breakfast was fine and overall this place isn't too bad, but for the incredibly thin walls and lack of soundproofing. The house looks like it was built for B&B, with a long central... More

I wonder what point you were trying to make about your experience at our guesthouse. Whilst your description was accurate, long central hall....looked like it was built as a B & B... all true. But the essay regarding being locked in the loo??? Of course, at times, things go wrong, lightbulbs fail, fuses blow, handles get stuck. Your account of... More

The rooms were very clean and had good beds. The host was very friendly and helped us a lot with good advices. For one night it was perfect to stay. Although the breakfast was dissapointing. One of us four had to wait 30' until the breakfast was served. The others got it faster. The toasts were also served after half... More

The room we had was of decent size, clean and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was small, but well supplied with toiletries etc. Breakfast was fine and nicely cooked. However, the guests' sitting room was dingy, dark and some of the easy chairs were badly stained. Not nice. All in all, since this B&B was pretty cheap, you probably get what... More

lovely little rooms with your own bathroom. Breakfast was typically intercontinental breakfast as you get it everywhere in Scotland. The girl from the B&B was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. There is a common room where you can watch TV, DVD or even VHS :-)
