Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was an amazing b and b!! Could not have felt more welcome. We received such a great reception on our arrival and made to feel at home, the owners could not do any more to help. We were given an upgrade to our room which was an added bonus. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and the owners had taken great care to follow Covid-19 regulations. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and we really appreciated the addition of a bath robe. There was so much choice for breakfast too, I would definitely recommend the home made muesli- absolutely delicious and sets you up for the day. Thank you so much for our stay 😊 would definitely recommend a trip to the local pub around the corner, some great ales.

Hi Sarah We are absolutely delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us so much and were able to relax and recharge the batteries a little before starting the North Coast 500.. Thanks so much for your compliments regarding breakfast and our adherence to the Covid-19 restrictions, they are so appreciated. We hope to welcome you again one day if you return to Loch Ness and hope you enjoyed your stay in the Wigwam. Our warm regards, Angela & Jim

Great stay. A really warm welcome from our lovely host Angie on arrival.
Kilmore Farmhouse is well located - 10 minute walk from the main A82 with a hotel and bar just round the corner (Benleva) from the house. We had food and drinks in the Fiddlers Rest in the village centre and would recommend a visit.
The rooms are super clean and well appointed, there is a guest lounge and breakfast room and a seating area in the garden by the fish pond which was perfect for us after our walk from Invermoriston.
Breakfast in morning was super tasty with local produce on offer and again our host was really good at looking after all the guests.
I would recommend this accommodation.

I just walked the Great Glen Way in Scotland and stayed at 5 B&Bs along the way, and I have to say they were all pretty good, and this one was no exception with a good sized modern room, clean & safe environment, all facilities worked, and a great breakfast. What makes this one stand out is the owner Angela, whose philosophy seems to be 'nothing is too much trouble'. She was extremely welcoming & friendly, and extremely helpful especially with arranging a dinner reservation for us on the first night, and generally very pleasant. She even did the best packed lunch!

We had a perfect 1 night stay at Kilmore Farmhouse. Angie was very welcoming and took all the correct Covid precautions which made us feel very safe. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the communal spaces were large enough to maintain good distancing. The house is set in a beautiful area and it is a very easy 10 minute walk to the Loch Ness Inn for dinner. The homemade bircher Muslei and cooked breakfast was delicious - Thanks again!

Angie was an exceptional host.
It was a very welcome and very warm and comfortable stay.
We were made to feel at home instantly and had a great breakfast the next morning to send us happily on our way.
Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, quiet location with local amenities not far away with a 5min walk made it a really nice overnight stay. Combined with Angie's lovely nature and great personal interaction with her residents to accommodate all their needs made this a perfect stay. Highly recommend Kilmore to others.
I am sure Jim is very busy in the shadows 😉
Would very happily return and stay with you again.
Thank you.

We stayed at Kilmore Farmhouse for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. Angela was a wonderful host, she helped us with restaurant reservations and provided lots of thoughtful touches, like the surprise Prosecco and delicious cakes! The room was really clean and comfortable, and Covid management seems really good. Breakfast was fantastic - especially the homemade Bircher muesli. Great place to stay by Loch Ness!

Lovely, beautifully clean accommodation in Drumnadrochit. The host Angie is wonderfully friendly and makes you feel like you are staying somewhere special.

The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious. Plus her recommendation to eat at Ness Deli too was spot on. Eat there too.

Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great hospitality at a very clean and comfortable inn. Location was good as was the breakfast which we had the opportunity to try on two mornings. The garden was also a highlight, complete with coy pond. Angie even gave us directions to walk to the loch just 15 minutes away so I could try a swim. If you like cold water!

Loved this B & B - the welcome was warm and friendly and the rooms were beautifully done. I so appreciated the soft, luxurious feel of the carpet on my tired feet. The residents lounge was lovely too and a nice place to relax.

I slept really well here and enjoyed a good breakfast before the next stage of my journey. Good location, out of the bustle of the village but close enough to walk with ease.
