Travellers' Choice
Traditional Highland hotel set in stunning scenery on the quieter, south side of Loch Ness. Offering simple rooms with fresh decor, friendly & down to earth customer service and a warm welcome. Our bar meals are freshly prepared using quality local ingredients alongside an excellent selection of whisky, local ales and small batch gins. We are well positioned for exploring the highlands of Scotland or as a start/end point for the North Coast 500 route. On the South Loch Ness trail, the hotel appeals to walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists and those looking for a relaxing break.

Stayed 2 nights here on our trip to the highlands on 14th/15th September. From check in to check out all staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had stunning views over the surrounding mountains. Breakfast had to be ordered night before (due to covid) and was good quality. We ate in restaurant both nights and the food and service was excellent. A beautiful well run hotel in a stunning location.

Hotel's Favourite
Very welcoming and informative regarding the current Covid restrictions. Comfortable en suite room with outstanding view of the surrounding hills. Food and service was exceptional and portion size very satisfying. Lots of interesting quirky and historical items adorn the hotel throughout. This is a dog friendly hotel, we didn't take ours this time but will next time. Other dog owning guests were really pleased with the hotels attitude toward pets. Looking forward to our next visit.

We visited for Sunday lunch last week. We'd heard great things about it and we were not disappointed. The decor in the place is wonderfully quirky the staff were really friendly and efficient and the food was great. The portions were enormous - I didn't think I would be able to finish it! We will definitely be back again. And the views on the way there and back were wonderful.

My partner and I had visited Whitebridge Hotel for food and drinks in Jan 20 (whilst staying at Wildside Lodges) but as our return 7 day visit to Wildside in Jan 21 was cancelled due to COVID we chose to reschedule to stay at Whitebridge Hotel. We received a phone call on the pm whilst travelling up asking if we would like a table booking for dinner on our arrival evening, after a really long journey this was appreciated. Our king size room at the front of the hotel was perfect, loved the spacious bathroom, comfy bed and views. Good choice of drinks and sitting having drinks at the bar was perfect. Favourite meal was chicken fajitas, also enjoyed the steak pie followed by sticky toffee pudding. Such a lovely quirky hotel in a picturesque location and competitive room rates, local walks guidance was given to us by staff which was helpful with us not wanting to drive too far after our 7 hour journey.

We enjoyed a weekend at the Whitebridge hotel with our Labrador and all had the best time! The decor of the hotel is cosy, the food is incredible and the staff were super friendly! Phoebe in particular was a pleasure to meet and talk to and was very attentive to us and our dog. All the staff were super dog friendly and made us feel really comfortable having him stay with us. Highly recommend staying here! We’ll definitely be back!
