Stopped here for lunch on the NC500 route. Stunning fresh shellfish at a very reasonable price. No pretensions just good quality food and friendly service with a nice view of the harbour. One note is that they don't take bookings for smaller tables

Finally managed to find time to get back to the Applecross Inn after a 4/5 year "drought" - and nothing changes, it is still at least as good as it has always been. This was about our 8th visit we think and it was still a treat and nothing disappointed. A lot of people don't think Scotland worth a visit...

Booked in for a weekend in February and was not disappointed. The food was tremendous (best scallops I've had in years) and the service was superb. The rooms are clean and the lack of a tv isn't a problem, the extensive views of Skye more than compensate. A true gem of an inn

Stopped here for a wee lunch. Food and service both great - stunning scenery - absolute must stop when embarking on the NC500. The seafood looks amazing and the menu is varied. They have a great selection of beers, whisky and spirits also. Hope to return some day!

We chose to stay here for a couple of nights after having a lovely meal in the restaurant a few years ago. Unfortunately it failed to live up to expectations. We had room 8 which is downstairs and took our two dogs. The room is pleasant, with stunning views across the bay, but otherwise a fairly standard room for somewhere...

Had a few meals whilst staying nearby over the new year and every one of them was delicious. This place is in a secluded area in the highlands and exactly the type of place you would want to visit on a cold winters windy evening for a wholesome nutritious tasting meal and a few drinks. There is a huge range...

Day trip out from Inverness, the Applecross Inn is a must. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, haddock and chips best we've had anywhere in Scotland, crab salad delicious, my husband loved sea food and this is the only place he'll eat oysters. And of course the area is stunning.

Another visit, sadly for one night only this time. Fantastic location right on the waters edge and the journey there is part of the pleasure of the stay... One of the few places that no matter the time of day or the season, there is always someone to have a blether with, the staff and atmosphere positively encourages this! Great...

Rode over for the day from Aberdeenshire. Amazing scenery en route culminating in the magnificent winding ride up and over the hill to Applecross itself. The restaurant was a welcome site and the meals were served within a decent time frame and the food was well presented, good quality for money and eaten in an enjoyable relaxed atmosphere.

Stopped off for lunch here today after driving through Bealach-Na-Ba Applecross Pass. Stunning drive and really yummy food at the Applecross Inn. I had the sausage and onion sandwich was advised to have it on a ciabatta and was definitely the best option, hubby had the haggis cheese melt and we shared a bowl of chips. Both were delicious, the...
