Stayed here for one night on half-board price. De-luxe room ie. fairly large with king sized bed and large bathroom. Bottles of water provided as well as tea/coffee etc with shortbread. Bathrobes in bathroom. Toiletries - bath/shower gel and shampoo provided in fixed containers. Nice view from window overlooking golf course and sea beyond. Evening meal was our choice from... More

This hotel is on the village periphery of Maidens, we were attending a funeral & stayed here for 2 nights, the front line staff are amazingly kind & helpful & waiter service in the restaurant was excellent, freshly cooked Scottish breakfasts were very very tasty. . We would definately stay here again, our room had a great view, looking out... More

We had a family room, my 2 girls shared a double bed no problem, our room overlooked the back of the building sea view and its was lovely and was so quiet. The staff were fantastic from our first meeting at the reception, service at dinner, to the breakfast the next day. The staff has to be the selling point... More

I have stayed hear many times over the last few years, often for months on end. Although it may not appeal to all with its combination of old folks home come hotel and restaurant, I think it's perfect. The food is simply superb, always fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff are all very polite and chatty, rooms vary in... More

Our party of four stayed here from 22nd to 25th August 2016. Our bedroom overlooked the car park with views of parts of Turnberry golf course. So peaceful! The standard of room was very good, very comfortable. The large windows in the restaurant overlook the bay, such stunning views. Crisp white tablecloths and excellent menu choices - the food was... Stayed a couple of nights in the Ailsa Suite which was very comfortable and very quiet. The restaurant served good breakfasts and we also took the chance to have 'High' tea which was escellent. The menu was extensive offering something to suit everyone.

The Malin Court's unusual combination of looking after some older people alongside a hotel works very well for everyone. The hotel seems to have been recently painted and all the chairs etc in the public areas are very smart and colour coordinated. The room must have been recently updated as it was spotless, with super views over the harbour at... More

We were staying in a caravan in Maidens and wanted to pop out for a drink and a snack. Found this lovely hotel it was 7pm and they were serving dinner, the snack menu had finished at 5pm. We asked if it was possible to have a snack despite the late hour and after checking with the chef we were... More

We spent the weekend, it was our first visit to Malin Court but we will most certainly return. Everything was first class. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful and the food was as good as most five star hotels would offer and better than some we have experienced. The situation is delightful and the view from... More

Beautiful setting on the Ayrshire coast. Lovely views and perfectly kept grounds. Not far from Trump Tunberry Hotel but unquestionably easier on the pocket. Malin Court doesn't have the grandeur of The Trump Towers of Scotland. Look beyond the rather average decor and the slightly dated appearance of the dinning room/restaurant and enjoy a very well priced high tea. The... More
