Have you posted an actual question reviewers can help you with? There’s no obvious reason as to why the management aren’t responding to your what? Letters, phone calls? I’ve no idea what reviewer you’re questioning on their review rating but, speaking for my own rating, I gave what I thought was fair and who are you to question it anyway?

And to reviewers who think trickly hot water is sufficient, then you obviously have the same c%$£ hot water system at home, and dont understand how to improve it. Hotel under refurbishment? Then it should be closed, as it doesn't fulfil any customer expectations.
