The hotel was fully booked by coach parties. This meant on arrival the (excellent, friendly) receptionist had a queue of people to deal with before me, and you could barely get into the place out the rain. The room was a small, single glazed box with thin walls and worn out decor and bathroom. I could not get a meal...

Stayed here on a Scotland Brendan Tour. Only one of two hotels here. Very old and could use some work. Nice view but that's about it. No Wi-Fi except in lobby. Does not take any Bank of England Pounds only Scottish Pounds. We got money out of an ATM but hotel would not take since it was Bank of England....

We only stayed there for one night but while it is a little bit rough it wasn't to bad either. It's an old hotel and has a fair bit of charm about it. Check in was quick enough, the room was fairly basic but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The view out of...

We have stayed at Dunollie Hotel in Broadford on many of our travels to the Isle of Skye (we go at least 10 times a year). We only stayed at Dunollie due to the lack of hotels in the area and availabilty in high season! * The hotel requires a large bit of refurbishments and repair. * Internet only at...

Visited off season when the hotel was very quiet. The room was clean and basic with a small television. The view from the window was truly epic with snow capped mountains. There is a petrol station and coop supermarket next door so is good for a resupply in the morning. Location in Skye is a bit far south if you...

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems that because there are only 2 places to stay in this area they can do what they want. The hotel is in major need of renovation. They over charge for the drinks. Not sure about the other reviewers but the rooms were terrible. The only pleasant experience was the girl...

Arrived as part of an Urquhart tour, fairly quick check in, room allocated had a view over the sea and reasonably comfortable. Television and usual freebies included although had to ask for replenishments during stay. Bathroom functional and plenty hot water although needs refreshing. Hotel itself needs upgrading, bar /reception area functional but bar tended to be a little like...

Stayed here with my other half for 2 nights in October. Staff were friendly and food was nice, had dinner and buffet breakfast included. Only criticism I would have is that room had damp smell and little ventilation, also as others commented walls are thin.

We arrived here around 9PM, but they were ready for us. The lobby had a LOT of people sitting around, and it felt much like a hostel. Check in went quick, and we found out the reason for all the people - wi-fi was only available in the lobby. That sucked. Parking was tough - their lot was full by...

What an absolute dump. Rooms are old. We heard the floorboards of the guy upstairs all night. The bathroom spring a leak at the sink. The rooms are cramped, tiny, in dire need of refirb. The lobby/bar looks like something out of a 70/80 tv show. Only fools and horses or something. Don't even think of booking here. All the...
