Stayed in a quaint room with 2 singles and a double bed. Hostel was very warm and cosy. Showers are in the hallway. The first one i had was lukewarm the second ok. Possibly due to a lot of people using at same time. King Haddock pub and Indian resteraunt close by were very good. Laundry available for £3.50. Poor...

This place is geared up for young folk who are off exploring Scotland - as a family, we felt it was ok for 1 night but wouldn't choose it for any more. The building itself is an old cottage with its own quirky personality ( like the staff !! ) and we enjoyed the lounge with its open fire, although...

It is important what you get if you book in a hostel named "backpackers". It has the usual stuff: small places to walk with lugagge, few and little toilets, and tiny places to take showers. The room was quite big (for 6 people), and the common places like the reception, the kitchen and the living room are beautiful. The girl...

The Isle of Skye is absolutely amazing, and this hostel was relatively cheap and had a great atmosphere. We lucked out and had a room on the top floor just for our group. There is a nice lounge area and a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast.

Reasonably priced bunk room accommodation nice lounge, kitchen and make yourself breakfast for an extra £2. Staff very welcoming and keen to help. Had a 2 bed room for two nights and it was one the small side but clean and comfortable, perfectly adequate for the price.

I spent two nights in this hostel during a 3 days tour of Scotland. We had a full cottage booked for us with breakfast included. The rooms were clean and very close to two restaurants (the only ones of the village).

It's a nice hotel with a friendly staff, an equipped kitchen and a cosy common room where you can discuss your day with fellow travelers. I immediately felt at home, the atmosphere is very friendly and informal.

Came here as part of our tour of the Scottish highlands and was pleased with the accommodation. Very plain but a homely feel to the place. Really good wifi and adequate kitchen facilities but nothing amazing. Good breakfast served in the morning for £2.

Me and my friend booked a double room but the bed was so small we had to alternate between sleeping in the bed and on the floor (which had approx 50cm of space). Staff were unhelpful due to working a few hours for a free bed and having no knowledge of the local area, or desire to find out. Also,...

This was the worst hostel that I've ever stayed at. We were only there one night, and that's a good thing because the showers were ridiculously small and there was no way to keep your clothes dry in there. The sink in the bath was about the size of my shoe - hard to wash your face and not get...
