We stayed at the Greenacres Guest House for two nights during our 3-day tour to the Isle of Skye. We feel very fortunate to have been able stay here. Our room (and beds!) was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite large. Breakfasts were among the best we enjoyed in all of Scotland -- we elected the full Scottish each morning....

Gracious host, lovely setting, my favorite bnb so far in Scotland. Cash only, good breakfast, good wifi, spacious rooms. Absolutely recommend this lovely place. It is also close to town and right on the bay.

We loved the B&B with it's generous sized bedroom and ensuite. Our host Marie was most accommodating. We particularly loved the conservatory/ sitting room overlooking the bay of Portree. Breakfast was delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed a two-day stay here during a tour. Others in our group were booked at other places and our driver dropped us off last--so the others wouldn't feel jealous. Truly lovely grounds and view over the harbor. Marie made us feel very welcome and had even raised a US flag in our honor. There were other rooms occupied...

This guest house has a lovely view of Portree and the harbor. I recommend sitting out on one of the many patios or, if it’s raining, taking in the views from the sun room. The grounds are immaculate and you can tell the owners take pride in the garden. We had a twin room on the first floor, right by...

Spent two nights here in late June 2016. Room was very pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. The host was pleasant and accommodating. There is plenty of available parking. The guest house is in a very quiet area about a 20 minute walk to downtown Portree. We did notice a bit noise from the room next door to us but...

This B and B is in a lovely setting overlooking the loch. Beautiful gardens. We received a warm welcome too. Rooms very clean. However it really felt like the whole place was over decorated / accessorised. All comes down to personal taste I know but we struggled with it. It was also really really warm in the breakfast room which...

A guest house surrounded by a beautiful manicured garden and in an Italianate style looking out to the sea. Our room was opposite the entry and styled with a chandelier and in black, red, white with diamentes on our towels. Bed was firm and not a lot of room in the bedroom though a large ensuite. Lovely conservatory serves the...

The house has great views to the sea and to the mountain. It is conveniently located next to the main road to Portree but you can't really hear the noise from the road traffic. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, you can appreciate owners has made an effort on the decoration and cleanliness of the house. Hosts were extremely friendly and...

Our tour company booked this place and it was great! Very cosy rooms and lovely bathroom! We had the view of mountains and the lake from our room. The place also has a lounge with beautiful views. I loved the English cutlery and food they made for breakfast daily! It was also an easy walk from the main city about...
