Lovely stay. We had a quick visit for just two nights, we stayed in the cottage with our two children (9 and 13). Cottage was beautiful, very clean and had everything needed for self catering. Pamela was a lovely host, gave us some fab local information and also provided some gifts for our kids which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and when we come back o Skye again we will definitely stay here.

Stayed for a few days in the Garden Wing, what a lovely accommodation. It is very spacious indeed, comfortably furnished to a very high standard, not your run of the mill holiday cottage at all! Gardens are lovely and location excellent, not in the centre of Portree but short easy walk away. Pam the owner is very nice and helpful. The cottage was very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

First visit to Skye and stayed in the Annexe. Pam greeted us as we arrived, settled us in and made sure everything was ok. It’s a fabulous location, fabulous property with fabulous hosts. The property is comfortable, cosy, clean and offers everything we needed for our short break. Don’t hesitate if wondering whether to book or not it is a fabulous wee place!!!

My missus does the best homework. A few clicks and a gem such as Kiltaraglen pops up. I had no idea what to expect and had assumed a room in a guest house. We'd had a fairly long day driving up from Inveraray (tourist speed and lots of stops!) so were definitely looking to crash out. We were met by Pam who proceeded to let us know all of the useful info about the Isle of Skye and about Kiltaraglen. On site Tawny Owls, Northern Lights and the Old Man of Storr were on the menu. The Garden Wing is such a brilliant space. 2 bathrooms, on 2 floors. Kitchen, bedroom and conservatory. Pam (and Kevin) were local nature guides and were a mass of great information. Pam lent us 2, very well thumbed and marked OS maps of Skye, which proved invaluable. A great legacy from years gone by. We both mentioned the maps when we were chatting about the house, a few days ago - a great memeory. Superb place to stay. We will get back there, eventually! Thanks Pam and Kevin :-)…

Oh, Thanks Guys! Lovely that you enjoyed all Skye (and Kiltaraglen) offer. Its lovely when our guests are able to get out and about and enjoy our lovely Island. Glad the maps were of help - we certainly hope that our paths will cross at some point again. Currently we are heading into a very strange winter. Let's hope that we can all continue to enjoy the wonderful fresh air and open spaces during Autumn, whatever the restrictions elsewhere. Best regards Pam & Kevin

We absolutely loved our 6 night stay in the Garden Wing Cottage. It had everything we could want and more. Spotlessly clean. Views are amazing and yet only a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre. Weather was a bit wet and windy so we used a local taxi firm who also gave an excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break, on the beautiful Isle of Skye. Pamela is a fabulous hostess, and is on hand ready to help if needed.

Hi Fiona and thanks for the lovely review. You were great guests too, left everything lovely and clean, tidied up after yourselves and basically looked after the place. It makes our changeovers in these strange times all the easier, thank you. I'm sure our paths will cross at some point, perhaps for a return visit at some point. Let's hope that we can get everything completed before your next visit! New conservatory roof etc. All the best meantime. Pamela

We stayed at Kiltaraglen House in Holly View Anexe and absolutely loved it! The cottage is so well equipped, a home from home. It was so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed cooking a roast dinner and many other meals. Portree is brilliant base for exploring Skye. Pam was so helpful and welcoming! Providing maps and tips for making the most of our stay. We really loved our stay on the Island and at Kiltaraglen and hope to stay again! Thank you so much Pam!

Well, first of all, Pam is the MOST delightful hostess! She is so accommodating to any requests for information or assistance. We stayed three nights here in the Garden Wing, self catering suite. We had a full kitchen, upstairs, two bathrooms, a jetted tub, living room, dining area, AND a sun room with the most brilliant natural light and couches that were so cozy for reading. We can't say enough about our fabulous stay here! The furnishings were really comfortable, very nicely done. We really adopted the place as "ours" about 3 minutes after arriving. It is our second home! ha! Do NOT hesitate to book here! It is located about a 5 minute walk to everything in downtown Portree with none of the parking headache of downtown. The property is beautifully maintained. Everything is delightfully clean and sparkly! Enjoy your stay! We sure did! Thank you so much Pam! We hope to see you again soon!…

Booked online and very pleased with Kiltaraglen House. Pam is a great host, so helpful. A good walk into town for the younger folk(5 mins drive for we elder folk).Good spread of food outlets, and tours. The House(unit) is very comfortable functional kitchen/sitting room. Upstairs is spacious, and the Bath n Champagne Glasses were tempting.

We stayed here 2 nights back in May 2017 and still have fond memories of this absolute gem of a B&B. The owners were warm and gracious hosts, the breakfast abundant and delicious, and the room we stayed in (with 2 twin beds, sitting area, coffee/tea service and en suite bathroom) was simply perfect! As others have said, I’d go back to Portree in a heartbeat just for an excuse to stay here again. Thanks to you both Pam and Kevin for providing such a lovely temporary home for my partner and me for our stay on the Isle of Skye. I apologize for taking 2 years to post this, but I was reminiscing about the trip today and realized that while I had reviewed Rabbie’s Tours, I was remiss in telling you both how fondly we remember Kiltaraglen House and hope we can stay again someday! Best wishes!…

Due to last minute change to our holiday plans we ended up searching for a B&B for that evening for one night. Kintaraglen just happened to be the first place we phoned and Pam couldn’t have been more welcoming. We ended up taking an apartment separate from the B&B, the Garden Wing. The apartment was luxurious, modern and very well equipped! Pam was extremely warm and welcoming and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome or at home in the apartment and in Portree with her recommendations. We were only disappointed that we’d already made plans for the following two nights and we had to leave so soon. This place is highly recommended.
