By not serving hot water I presume you mean out of the tap not in a glass? Our hot water goes off at 11pm and comes on again at 6am, the hot water is usually hot for several hours after 11pm as not many people...More

We dont have our own parking but you can park on the street, which is restriced to half an hour but no restrictions after 6pm until 9am the next morning and there is a couple of spaces that are purely for bikes. There is also a pay car par, again free overnight, directly in front of us in the main square. Also large free car park minutes walk away. Hope thats of help.
