I'll start by stating that we loved this B&B, in particular the innkeepers, Charlotte and Bill. It was difficult to leave. Read every Five rating and we will agree with all. Food was wonderful....and didn't we love everything, including the rhubarb serving (fresh from their garden)! Choice of hot breakfast was gourmet class and delicious. Our (Staffin) room was lovely...

I was with my mother for a 2 night stay in Portree and there just happened to be the top floor room that accommodates 2 available for the night she wanted. This B&B books up months in advance. I am usually not the B&B type, but the stay was cozy and the room charming and quaint with harbor view and...

Bill and Charlotte are very hospitable. Charlotte gave me lots of information prior to my travels which made organising my trip that much easier. They are right in Portree - 1 minute walk from the town centre. My room was lovely and spacious and luxurious. Definitely recommend this B&B.

This is a lovely location with all the generous sized bedrooms overlooking Portree Harbour. Charlotte and Bill made us feel so welcome it was like visiting old friends. We stayed in November and after a long journey we were cold and tired. Our room had cosy lighting and was lovely and warm. The quality and choice at breakfast is worthy...

This was the fourth accommodation of our trip, and a most welcome sight after several Edinburgh & London chain hotels. (It was my personal favorite of the 5 places we stayed!) Charlotte & Bill are perfect hosts and made us feel right at home. I especially appreciated Bill's dry sense of humor. We had both top rooms, and loved the...

Lovely colour scheme of red and white in our bedroom. Quirky shaped bathroom with towels as big as small blankets. Great breakfasts and attentive hosts with amazing views, makes this a great spot for a stay in Portree.

Charlotte and Bill were very helpful and friendly, and Charlotte gave lots of advice by email before we traveled. Within walking distance of a number of restaurants and a grocery store. Being right in town, the room was a bit noisier than some, but quiet during the night. It was comfortable and adequate and very clean but a bit old...

Thank you Charlotte & Bill - you are too helpful! What a lovely spot to stay in Skye and we were so lucky to get the last 2 days available. So book early. We stayed in 14 different locations around Scotland and Ireland and rated this as one of our top. The most comfortable bed. Clean rooms and house. Delicious...

My daughter and I loved our hosts, Bill and Charlotte. They are the epitome of B&B hosts. Not only did they make us feel welcome, they also entertained with stories and made sure all of their guests got to know each other. They also helped with our day trip plans. Their breakfasts were special and yummy. (Including strawberries and rhubarb...

We stayed with Charlotte and Bill for three nights during our hiking adventure on Skye earlier this month and couldn't have been happier with the welcome we received. The home is lovely and the location perfect. Charlotte takes genuine pleasure in providing a warm family atmosphere, particularly at the breakfast tables, and it was so much fun to meet and...
