Beautiful site! Had a gravel pitch ready for us, owners were very welcoming and chatty, gave us loads of information on the local area and all the details we needed. Has a doggy walking area big but enclosed so ideal for letting dogs have a run around safely :). If you walk through this area ad out the other gate...

They have improved a lot since I last camped here in a storm 30 years ago. Good facilities, great hard standing pitches for vehicles too. Still a bit slopey in the grassy areas for a tent but if you are camping on Skye you're a different hardy breed anyway. Only improvement I would suggest is some clothes driers (pulleys or...

Our base for 3 nights. We were unable to book a pitch as they seem to have such a quick turn over that its 1st come 1st served, so we made sure we were at the site by early afternoon. I paid for 2 nights at first and then paid for a further night. The site is just outside Portree,...

A lovely small campsite with stunning views no matter what the weather, facilities were good with a laundry, 2 lots of toilet/shower blocks, and sinks for dishwashing. We had electric hookup,( we were in tents) and stayed 2 nights. There is a separate area for caravans and camper vans. I would definatly go back, and would recommend it.

Having driven all the way from Oban in our Motorhome , we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very pleasant and showed us where everything was around the site, the shower and toilet block was spotless and there is an indoor washing up/ food preparation area which also housed the laundry facilities, we levelled the Motorhome as...

Stayed in this campsite for 3 nights, after having camped in 3 other campsites in Skye. Honestly, it's the best I've pitched my tent in. The toilets and showers are kind of new, clean and fully functional. The place is pleasant and peaceful and is really close to Portree centre. It also has a free wi-fi (first time I found...

Our Motorcycle Club called to book the campsite for our tour of The North coast 500. We were told that we could not book, but just to turn up, and, if there was space, we would get in. Eleven of us turned up and were told that there was no room when we could clearly see that there was plenty of...

I love this campsite. Returned here for a second time with my son and his two young friends. Found the staff very welcoming and the site is clean with beautiful surroundings. The 1 1/2 mile walk from portree made it feel like a proper hiking/camping experience for the children and helped them sleep at night! I would recommend this site.

Myself and partner camped here for 2 nights, along with our dog. The site has great views and offers camping and hook ups for camper vans. The showers and toilets are clean, there is also washing machines and a tumble drier. It's not far from Portree town centre.
