The guesthouse owner was very helpful, giving us clear indications upfront to find the place. She gave us advice every morning on what to visit on Skye, depending on the weather forecast. In the bedroom she provided a nice guidebook on Portree and Skye. The bedroom was clean, tidy and bright. Breakfast was good and tasty. Only comment would be...

Welcoming owner and friendly service. Room immaculate, ensuite shower room, comfy bed and well equipped with everything you could need. Good breakfast with wide choice. Not far outside Portree, 5 min walk down a hill.

The location was right near Portree town center so it was easy to get to places to eat. We found a delicious bakery right down the road. The location within Isle of Skye was perfect as well to get around the whole island and see all the spots. Loved the visit!

This is a lovely place with very friendly owners. The Scottish breakfast lasts until tea time. My room had a nice valley view although it was not huge. Portree downtown and pubs are in walking distance. Keep in mind that it is uphill from the watering holes.

We spent four nights in this comfortable guest house. Our ensuite room was light, bright and clean, and a warm welcome was extended to our dog. Helpful information about the locality is provided in each room. The friendly owner, Alison, provided lovely breakfasts with an imaginative choice of well-presented dishes, including several vegetarian options, on top of the usual fried...

The location is about 5-8 minutes walk from the town centre. Room is clean but very small- the bathroom is extremely small! The Wi-Fi is not free, and I do not like this! The wall is very thin so you can hear other guest snoring or watching TV all night. Breakfast quality is just so so (not as good as...

Nice wee place to stay, bit difficult to find with lots of parking (even managed to park the coach outside) could do with serving breakfast a bit earlier but that goes with the whole of Skye, nice friendly landlady, thanks for a sound sleep

Well, I've been there for just 1 night.... the place was clean, and the bathroom was big enough. Breakfast was good enough, but I still can't get really used to scottish way to have breakfast, so, I can't be a good judge.... Position: It's a bit far away from the town center (is specified in the website), but I thought...

Everything about this place is small---the rooms, the beds, the shower, the soap. There is no common area for conversation or reading. There is no place to sit and read in the room. The walls are thin. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. There is ample parking. It's about a 15 minute walk down the hill to the center of this small...
