The Bankton House Hotel is a lovely wee place in Livingston. The staff were great and made my stay extremely comfortable. The room I staid in was beautiful and the bed was a dream. I will be staying again very soon !

As this was not what I had booked I called Booking.com to see if I could resolve this. I was told that the hotel charges for cancellation and I need to speak to them directly to waive the charge. A nice small Family run hotel. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, and roomy en-suit. The staff were polite, cheery and very helpful. There is a cosy Public Bar forming part of the hotel. The food that was served was wholesome and tasty.
