We have stayed with Murial several times now as Key Workers and would highly recommend this beautiful B&B to everyone. The rooms were pristine and the home cooked food was amazing. Going forward we will be staying here the next time our services are needed in Livingston. A big thank you from NW Sealants.

Well, I found this place because all the local hotels were booked. I am never doing a hotel in Livingston again. Spotless rooms, warm welcome and a breakfast with fresh fruit and a Scottish fry. Clootie Dumpling was new on me. Let’s just say, I’ll be going back

Have recently stayed here for one night what can I say! What a fantastic place, clean warm and comfy bed. Very friendly greeting on arrival and sincere goodbye when leaving. The breakfast was lovely and in beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend this bnb to everyone.

Nothing was too much trouble for Muriel and Andy although they already provide so many little touches for travellers in their rooms from luggage scales to a sauna as well as the main essential, a very comfy bed,. While eating the fresh food provided by Muriel you can enjoy looking at Andy,s art work.Even though I had a car Muriel offered to take me to the station. A wonderful sunny day in Edinburgh awaited me. Before leaving for my home in Wales I visited the very impressive Kelpies in Falkirk. Thank you for a great stay. If I come back to Livingston I will be contacting you for another Home from Home stay.

Stayed here with my partner as we had friends getting married close by. We had such a warm welcome from the owner Muriel and she showed us to our room. The room was great! Very clean, great size, SkyQ included in the room, I loved all the little extra that Muriel thought to include in the room, like the little shot of whiskey on the dresser, and the extra chairs in the wardrobe. We slept great. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, so we’ll thought out! Fresh fruit, nibbles, and a great cooked breakfast with fresh coffee. We stayed two night and really enjoyed the stay, we would definitely stay here again!
