Welcoming hosts, a very good and well appointed room. Worried a bit about finding it in the dark (involuntary late arrival), but needn't have: well signposted from the main road. Will stay there again next time I pass Kinlochbervie.

My wife and I arrived at about 1pm for our three night stay. The drive from Inverness took about three hours. Margaret checked us in immediately. The view from our bedroom window was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was fresh and clean. This B&B is a little distance from the main road so there is no...

When we finally found the B&B, Margaret was very nice and welcoming. The room seemed small because it had lots of furniture in it. The en-suite was large but no toiletries - just as well be brought our own! No mention of the cat on her website, which is not good for people like myself who have allergies to animals!...

Unlike many B&B's which are 'purpose built' for doing B&B, No 125 B&B is a carefully and professionally modified family home, and therefore has an authentic homely feeling about it. All the facilities are top rating, the rooms tidy and clean with comfortable beds. The stunning view looking out the front of the house are amazing and refreshing to look...

I recently visited No125 B&B and stayed in the caravan, which I found very clean and comfortable, I have read previous reviews and frankly I was quite amazed as I did not find any issues highlighted by previous guests? My stay was for 2 nights and although 1 night there was a high wind the caravan never moved once. The breakfast...

Just off the main road, the rooms are comfortable and little extras make for a lovely end to a long day. Scotchbread and little chocolates went down a treat and the bottles of water slaked thirsts. The view from the bedroom window was spectacular and gneiss. A quiet night was followed by a filling breakfast, including freshly sliced fruit. The...

A real treat to find this b&b on our touring holiday. Really welcoming and lovely comfortable accommodation. The breakfast spread had to be seen to be believed. The variety was the best we had all holiday and the cooked breakfast amazing. It offers a high tea and wish I had tried it. Maybe next time as we will return if...

We stayed for 2 nights while walking and sightseeing in the area. Margaret and Eddie were welcoming and friendly. The room was cosy and comfortable with free WIFI and a good size ensuite. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice including delicious home smoked haddock. I highly recommend this gem of a B&B.

Disclaimer: I lived in Kinlochbervie for many years. Anyway this was my first trip back since selling the house and needed somewhere to stay for a few days. Room (en suite) small but ok, bed comfortable, everything spotless. Generous supply of tea, coffee, chocolate drinks etc (other B&B's take note), bottled water, chocolates & biscuits. Breakfast was a delight: croissants,...

The room was perfect, nice n cosy after a cold days walking. Heading back up tomorrow, and have booked the caravan for May. Highly reccomend
