This hotel restaurant has been recently refurbished and what a fantastic place it looks. Stopped for dinner where we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Lily and her husband. Food was fantastic and easily chosen from an extensive menu to suit all tastes. Locally chosen produce.

We stopped on the way to our stay in Portavadie and were not disappointed. The welcome and friendliness of the owners were great and even included our dog with plenty of treats. Food was fantastic and all the hotel has recently been renovated and we got a guided tour .

Stayed last night. Lovely clean warm room. Had a meal in restaurant which was delicious I have to say. Home made pate. Beautiful fresh fish in batter and chips and the steak pie fab too. Had a delicious cooked breakfast this morning. All staff were welcoming and very friendly

Does the Hotel have wheelchair access please?
Unfortunately I would day no. Although there maybe round the back but there are no lifts to the rooms.

Are any of the double rooms on the ground floor? My wife is disabled and cannot walk very far.
Sorry, I haven't stayed there either. Suggest contacting the hotel direct.
