Remember to stipulate which wine you want on booking..we were given a Spanish White as we forgot to do this. Check in was good with everything thoroughly explained . We had booked a...

Reception was fast, courteous and reassuring. We were given our key to room 110 and, because we were the first of the guests to get our key, we were also first in the queue for the only small lift which proved a problem and time consuming for the rest of our group. However, the room was acceptable for the smallish...

Good points: Stunning location. Loch view room is a must. Very friendly and efficient staff Rooms are spacious. Bad points: Rooms are tired. Peeling wallpaper. Toilet was wonky, bath sealant grotty and black. Hot water not very hot. Overall, more like Premier Inn in the early days. Shame as it could be stunning with a bit of time and money...

I recently stayed here for a get-away-from-it-all festive break for a week and it was superb in every way!...

Ideally located hotel with great views. Upgraded our rooms free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Rooms look recently refurbished. Had hot and cold water taps which was very annoying. Breakfast was not great at all. Vegetarians would struggle. Overall good. I would go again given their breakfast improves.
