A wonderful place in a beautiful setting, lots of space and felt more like a home from home rather than a BnB. Really cosy and relaxing, although we were only passing through as we were heading to the Tayside area for a week we wish we could have stayed longer. Margaret and Kenny couldn't be more welcoming, giving advice about local attractions and the general area, we also had a good long natter about skiing locations in Europe and and top tips on gardening :-) Breakfasts were pretty spectacular, especially with Margaret's home made goods. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be visiting again next time we're up in the area. Cheers

We stopped here for 2 nights after an Edinburgh weekend on our impromptu road trip. We only booked the night before and Margaret couldn't have been more accommodating. The cottage was so cosy , comfortable and quiet. Our vegetarian breakfasts were delicious especially the eggs. The setting is picture postcard even in mid winter and the optional company of two laidback border collies was an unexpected bonus for us. Margaret was a mine of local information which we found useful and an interesting person to talk to.

Mrs. Margaret is a very kind and hospitable person ... she welcomes her customers in a truly exceptional way ... she cuddles them and delights them by always finding sweets in the room ... the structure is very clean and the lady makes available an area to spread clothes. Yes it is true Mrs. Margaret made us feel at home putting at our disposal the salon with lots of games for our kids. Furthermore the structure has a beautiful garden adorned with wonderful flowers. Ahhh I forgot the breakfast ... it is excellent and very abundant are all things freshly prepared and especially fresh, such as zucchini and tomatoes, which are from the garden of Margaret, and eggs, which are of his hens, but if someone should you not prefer Scottish breakfast Margaret is immediately ready to prepare sweet breakfast with excellent homemade pancakes and many other good things. But in any case, Mrs. Margaret does so many homemade things even ketchup, with tomatoes from the garden, excellent with sausages for breakfast. Scotland and the Scots are wonderful indeed I will definitely return and above all I will come back to visit Mrs. Margaret.

Gorgeous, comfortable farm setting with incredible views. Margaret was a warm welcoming host who provided a great homemade Scottish breakfast, and the whole place had such wonderful charm for our first night in Scotland. Loved this place!

We stopped here on the way up to the far north of Scotland and it was the perfect start to our holiday. Braeburn cottage is wonderfully quiet and very clean and we had a great nights sleep. It's on relatively hill ground so you get fab views from the front of the B&B. Margaret was the perfect host and we would happily stay here again.
