We stayed in the Stewart Lodge and it was gorgeous. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and with a lovely view over the grounds. Hot tub was great. Really handy to have a smart TV for evenings to log in to netflix, etc. Two mins walk to the private sandy beach which was doggy heaven! 5 mins walk to the local pub (Oak Tree Inn) in Balmaha which is a lovely well maintained wee village. Would definitely go back.
We had a four night family trip to Loch Lomond Waterfront lodges at the end of April 2022. It was everything we hoped it would be. We were in Stuart lodge No 11 with our two dogs. The lodge was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic with tranquil views of the Loch and a short walk to your own stretch of private beach, which is absolutely beautiful. There’s a little cafe on site and the friendly and welcoming Oak Tree Inn is only a five minute walk. We found lots of lovely walks with the dogs and even took the little ferry across to one of the islands. After a day of walking and exploring it was great to relax in the hot tub with a cool drink, just perfect. I would highly recommend Loch Lomond Waterfront lodges for a relaxing and rather luxurious break and hope to return soon. 10/10.…
Our second visit here and still as lovely A really tranquil location, although we have only been out of season. the double yellow lines all down the road into the village suggest high season may be very different. Easy access to the loch and stunning views. Lodges very well fitted out. Cover to the hot tub isn't easily removed compared to others and is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Pet friendly and a great little beach for them to go into the water seconds away.
We loved our stay here. The lodge was spotless and very spacious with everything you need. Very dog friendly place, scenery was beautiful and the hot tub was a perfect addition. Great spot for visiting attractions and shops a 5 minute walk away from Lodges. We can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Absolutely beautiful, the setting is just serine and peaceful. Our dogs loved it here, really safe and your own private beach for them to run around. I read a lot about ‘the rules’ if you’re a complete moron who can’t respect the environment or other peoples relaxation then this isn’t for you. Their policies are simply to allow you to destress and respect their lovely lodges and surroundings. Everyone of the staff were warm and welcoming, we can’t wait to return.
We stayed here in April in three lodges for our mums 80th. The booking and communications were super easy and well managed. Staff are friendly and relaxed. Two of our lodges (top area) were inter-connecting which was brilliant with several families and kids. All lodges are spacious, clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. The location is beautiful with views across the loch and and very peaceful. Hot tubs are superb, great to hang out in and well maintained. The Perch Cafe on site is lovely with really good food. Lots to see and do in the area, - we walked and climbed Conic Hill from the lodges, with amazing views, did a boat trip on Loch Lomond with Sweenys Cruise and a fantastic gorge walking afternoon in Luss with In Your Element. Local Pub The Oak Tree in is a 5 min walk and a great spot for a pint, but food was just OK. Would def recommend the lodges and visit again.…
We loved our stay here. Lodges were spotless and spacious with everything you would need . Scenery just beautiful and the hot tub a perfect addition. We can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
The lodges were 5 star, the views beautiful and the service first class. We had 2 lodges and made great use of all the facilities including the hot tub. The team were really friendly and not too intrusive. The location is great for exploring the wonderful Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Will certainly be visiting again soon.
Stayed here yesterday as a group of 8. Originally it was booked for 10 but due to Covid it was 8 on the day. When we were collecting our keys for our rooms we realised we were going to be in different rooms over several lodges. After asking if we could all be accommodated in the same lodge they said they could do it due to our group going from 10 to 8 people. They really were very accommodating and did look after our needs very well. We ate in the Inn and it’s lovely and gets busy. Thank you for looking after us, will definitely be back.
We wanted a short break to completely relax and recharge our batteries and that is exactly what we got. We stayed in one of the Diamond Lodges which was very clean, cosy but spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a great place to watch the sun go down. Loch Lomond Waterfront is a great base to explore the area, from climbing Conic Hill to waterside walks along the Loch shore. This is our second stay here and it will not be our last. Since our last visit there is now an on-site cafe called Perch which serves breakfast and brunch. The food was great, staff are lovely and welcoming. A great new addition I would say.
