This was by far the best place we stayed along the West Highland Way. The village is nice with a positive atmosphere, including a couple of pubs/restarants and several B&B. The Ashbank is well located, the rooms are very moderne and attractive. Very clean. Breakfast served elegantly and of very good quality. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended.
Stayed for our last night in Scotland after doing the NC500 The B and B is stunning, our room was lovely, spacious with a high ceiling and everything you need We ate at the pub next door (book, it gets really busy) excellent food The hosts were very friendly and breakfast very good Would we stay again? Absolutely, thoroughly recommended
Really lovely spacious bright room, amazing, comfy, super king size bed and spotlessly clean. Really welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was really good, nice vegetarian breakfast . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
This was my first stopover on the West Highland Way. My room provided a lovely, clean & comfort stay. Owner was really friendly and provided a great breakfast ready for the days walking ahead! A couple of really nice pubs right on the doorstep providing good food and drinks.
First night of our West Highland Way walk. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was really good. Meals in the pub which is conveniently next door were great.
