I spent two comfortable nights here when I was trekking the West Highland Way. The owners are friendly and the breakfast is big. Also, it is located just a few steps from the WHW path and a short walk to Drymen.

Thank you for your comments and I apologise for not mentioning that the seating area in the garden was for the use of our guests, although it is mentioned in our web site. I will include this information in the visitors pack. Kind regards Yvonne

This is a gate lodge for a rich industrialist estate, a man who made his fortune shipbuilding on the Clyde. Rather retro in nature the Lodge has all the necessary amenities. Right on the WHW. 10 minutes walk to the village of Drymen. Three pubs...More

Thank you so much for your comments and I love the fact that you remembered the history behind the house and surrounding estate. Hopefully a retro interior befitting a Victorian lodge. Take care Yvonne
