I stayed at Kiltyrie Farmhouse for three nights in May 2019 in the double room with en-suite. Jayne is an excellent host, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast is very good quality. Plenty of selection too. The farmhouse is absolutely lovely. My room was clean and tidy. The views from my room over Loch Tay to the hills beyond and to Ben More are absolutely gorgeous. Despite it being beside the main road it is very peaceful and every evening was relaxing. Jayne has chickens that wander around the garden and do provide entertainment (especially for children). The wildlife in the area is plentiful as the garden backs onto the National Trust land for Ben Lawers. In terms of eating out I would thoroughly recommend the Ben Lawers Hotel (about a 5/10 minute drive along the main road). There is a good selection of meals and Ales on offer and the food quality is very good. if you are looking to go walking in the mountains (Munros) then Kiltyrie Farmhouse is ideally located. The Ben Lawers range, Glen Lyon mountains, Ben Vorlich, Ben More, Ben Oss, and Ben Lui, are all within easy reach. Thank you to Jayne for a lovely stay. I would absolutely recommend a stay at Kiltyrie Farmhouse.

We visited here for one night while we travelled up through Scotland (although wished we could have stayed longer). Jane was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We visited with our two young girls and Jane could not have done anything more to look after all of us. The location is fantastic with beautiful views and easy access to some stunning walks. The breakfast was lovely and accommodation very comfortable. Thank you for your hospiability.

Beautiful surroundings, clean big rooms, friendly hosts Jane and Blue. Nice restaurants close in Killin and Kenmore. Climbed Ben Lawers, and enjoying the view. It's good location to drive to the cost and back in one day. At the same time see different mountains.

We stayed overnight at Kiltyrie Guest House to attend our niece's wedding in Killin. Jane was SOO welcoming and attentive to all of us! Our twin room was clean and comfortable! Our breakfast was fabulous and the views from the conservatory were awesome - overlooking Loch Tay. We loved meeting Blue her well behaved pet Lab! We would highly recommend Kiltyrie! Jane certainly went the "extra length" for us, was so friendly and even offered us a lift if we needed it! Definitely The Hostess with the MOSTESS! Maureen and John McSherry

We stayed here for one night and Jane couldn't have been more helpful. Our friend was getting married nearby and Jane kindly taxied us to and from the reception, saving us the walk on country roads (in a bit of rain). The bedrooms were cosy and comfortable and we felt very relaxed and very much at home. After a lovely breakfast we headed back home having enjoyed a lovely mini break away. Would highly recommend. The views are stunning and the accommodation lovely.
