We are a small family run Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the Scottish Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park situated at the west end of Loch Tay. Our village of Killin is in a beautiful area of the Western Highlands with many activities possible such as climbing, walking and golf. There are also many sightseeing and photographic opportunities. We have a twin bedroom with it's own dedicated bathroom and a double ensuite bedroom. Both are accessed by a flight of stairs. There is also a small living room for our guests.

The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We found the place easily, and we got an excellent night's sleep. My only regret was that we didn't have time to try the ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub.

Lovely B&B situated right on Main Street, Killin with free parking. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with bathroom attached. The breakfast was superb. Very friendly hosts. We intend to stay there again later this year if there are vacancies.

Margaret was wonderful to work with. We did not end up staying in Killin due to an itinery change, but she was very helpful with information and timely with responses. I was disappointed were did not end up staying here.

This was the most spacious B&B accommodation we have experienced. Very comfortable. Luxury accommodation. Margaret was a very friendly and helpful host. Could not recommend more highly. Great Scottish breakfast.

Loch Leven B&B has a convenient central location in Killin. Excellent hosts, great location, comfortable rooms, good facilities and a fabulous, hearty breakfast. TV room and sun lounge available to guests.

We enjoyed a very comfortable and hospitable stay here. Our double room was spacious and with attached bathroom. Conveniently located in centre of village so easy to walk to shops, restaurants, local walks etc. Breakfasts were very good. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area

Staying with Margaret and Frank is like staying with old family friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel incredibly welcome. LochLeven B&B has only two rooms, and if the rooms are taken by different households breakfast is served in two dedicated sittings. We booked late and informed our hosts on arrival that we were vegan. By the next morning we had a wonderful spread of toast, jams, fresh fruit, porridge along with veggie sausages, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. Cyclists can stay in comfort, with a hot bath or shower and knowing their bikes are securely locked away. If we’re ever back in Killin we’ll certainly be back at Lochleven

All the comforts of home with the facilities of a five star hotel.. The convenient location in the centre of the. village made restaurants easily accessible and several beautiful walks on the doorstep. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing quaint b & b with loads of charecter, loved my stay and found the owners very friendly and helpful. The twin room was very comfortable with a separate private lounge area for tv etc., also private bathroom. Abundant breakfast cooked or otherwise ie cereals , fresh fruit etc. Would defiantly stay here again as it was a very comfortable stay.
