We looked forward to our family Christmas holiday here and were sadly let down on arrival, The heating hadnt been on long and as the lodges hadnt been used for a week or more it was very cold and damp, The kitchen flooring was vinyl and was thick with grease making it difficult to stand until it was thoroughly cleaned,...

Apart from the boiler and the little bit of mildew none of this was brought to our attention. I suspect the floor was not greasy but still wet from being washed as the guests arrived early. The boiler was fixed the next morning and I offered to do the mildew but they were happy to do it themselves. They did...

We stayed here over Christmas and were delighted with our lodge. If you want cosy, warm, wonderfully situated for walking etc accommodation with an amazing shower then book here. Angus the owner was on hand if we needed him with a wealth of local knowledge. Straight onto the Rob Roy trail which was fab with the dogs and with Monachyle...

Idyllic surroundings this log cabin was everything we needed. Quiet, fairly remote and away from the troubles of the world. Reasonably comfortable though the settee wasn't the best, but I could put up with that given everything else this log cabin had to offer. Ideal for dogs too, virtually everyone there seemed to have one (or two). Would definitely return

Me and my partner decided to go on a last minute break. Because it's December it was so cheap and very quiet, that's exactly how I wanted it. We had a cabin on the front row so every morning we woke up to the most amazing view of the Loch. In December when it's misty it's one of the most...

We stayed at Lochearnhead lodges and stayed in Lodge No 7 which is right facing the loch. We went on October (2016) and was lucky with great weather all week. Cabin is cosy and clean. You are on an electric meter and everything is electric in the cabin so if you have kids that leave everything on it could become...

I took my 2 sons , mother and granddaughter away to the cabins for a well deserved break. On arrival there was no one to greet us , but a notice was posted on the reception door to inform us to go to the cabin which would be open and we would get a visit later on in the evening....

Booked last minute and had regular contact from Angus who came and introduced himself on arrival. Our cabin was open as the reception was closed which speeded up getting settled in. We had the front row so nothing in front apart from the road and the views of Loch Earn. The cabin it self offered two spacious bedrooms and a...

Lovely rustic cabin on the banks of loch earn. Well equipped place to stay, make sure you take a stash of pound coins for the metre. Lovely hotel and pub practically next door where you can get a nice meal. Have already booked for our third return visit. Just a nice relaxing break away. Probably only down side is the...
