Went to the Inn for a wee Groupon lunch. Fish n chips were delicious. Staff were attentive and big plus is the bar area was dog friendly. Really nice facilities and garden area bueatiful in the sunshine. Will certainly return again during the Summer.

We have stayed before several times in the Ben Lomond rooms but opted for the incredible Ben Vane room this time. Simply incredible! What a beautiful room, I would never tire of that view. Food really good, despite COVID restrictions breakfast was the best we’ve had here yet, despite a longer wait. Just loved this place, can’t wait to come back again. A definite 10/10 from me ! I have attached a few pics of the room and it’s views. Love this place !

Our first stop on our Scottish road trip and The Inn on Loch Lomond didn't disappoint. The staff were super welcoming, very dog friendly and the fish and chips were delicious. There was a nice range of food on the menu and everybody in our group enjoyed their lunch.

If they think this has been invented for the 21st century they have to think again! What major hotel hoping to attract American hospitality doesn’t take Amex for example. Wi-Fi round the hotel is poor. Service could be better with more attention on waiter service in the beer garden for example. Food was adequate. Room was comfortable although a couple of bottles of water wouldn’t have went a miss. Staff were pleasant. This hotel really needs to up its game to attract patrons back.

Received a voucher for DBB in this hotel as an Xmas gift & I wasn't sure about it. It was fantastic, the room was beautiful even though it was dog friendly, the food was outstanding & the staff went above & beyond. Would've been nice to have a room in the Lodge but not available as dog friendly unfortunately. Only thing I would point out is that because we were on a voucher deal we were required to pay a £70 deposit at time of checking in which was fine but might be an issue for some people if they didn't have that amount available & also the amount varied depending on what type of voucher you were staying under
