We are centrally located which is perfect for hiking, munro bagging, cycle touring, mountain biking, golfing and walking the West Highland Way. It's also an excellent base for touring by car or motorcycle. In addition to the B&B there is a separate self-catered Lodge which sleeps 4.

Ellen & Andy were wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Glengarry House is located in a beautiful part of Scotland and it was so nice to be able to look out the window in the morning at t

We arrived after spending much of the day wading through a wet, muddy cattle field on the West Highland Way. Ellen was so kind, making us laugh about our predicament and assuring us that we’d make it through the following day’s long hike okay. Turns out she does it every year, so

Our experience was similar to others as detailed in the reviews. We did have a communication issue between our booking company and the hosts regarding transfer from the Tyndrum bus stop to the hotel. The proprietors seemed put out but graciously made a second trip to pick us up.

Andy & Ellen were lovely hosts. Our room had a nice view of the back garden and hills behind. Breakfast was excellent and we loved the book of advice for guests in the room. It showed individual thought and it was fun.

A warm welcome and a good night’s sleep. We took advantage of the excellent home-cooked supper and it was just what we needed after a long drive from Lancashire. Breakfast was equally generous and tasty, kept us going until well into the Highlands. Would gladly stay again if in t

My husband's cash and credit cards went through the wash - they all dried out nicely.
Spotlessly clean and comfortable room
Hello, are dogs allowed in the rooms? We have a small very well behaved Cocker spaniel that sleeps in her bed/crate.
I agree with the previous answer. I would advise that you contact the owners who are very nice people.

Good afternoon. We would like to visit on 1st May for a night to catch the ferry out of Oban so would be leaving you around 07:30 -08:00. Would this be too early for breakfast please? Thanks in advance, Lee.
Hello, I'm afraid that we are already fully booked on the 1st May. You could try the hotel in the village they may still have rooms available. Sorry we can't help you this time... Kind Regards, Ellen

Is there interconnecting rooms
Can you tell me how many people does the lodge sleep. Also how much it costs. And would it be available for 2 nights 5th to 7th June or do you only rent it for a full week ?
Hello, The Lodge sleeps 4 in a double and twin rooms. I'm afraid that it is already booked on the 5th-7th and we would normally let it on a weekly basis in the summer season. If you have anymore enquiries I'd be happy to help just get in touch by email or by the tripadvisor holiday lettings site. Thanks, Ellen
