Lovely campsite, so well run by Val and Jonny. Amenities are always spotless and the campsite never feels over crowded adding to the tranquility. We have twice stayed in a pod which is very well supplied with cooking equipment ( inclusive microwave/oven/grill, toaster, kettle and small fridge). We have booked to go back next year can't wait already! Thanks guys! Best wishes Gill and Brian

Lovely campsite. We were given a warm welcome and directed to our hardstanding pitch which had a view across to Skye. The site is very well cared for and organised. The toilet block is small but modern with excellent showers. We slept well, it was very quiet. The reception can provide coffee and croissants. It's a five minute walk to the sea on footpaths. The beaches are white sand with views across to Rhum and Eigg. And there is good, free WiFi. What's not to like?

One of the best sites we've stayed at. The owners are so friendly and helpful - morning croissants freshly baked are delish. Lovely shower and toilet block spotlessly clean and warm. Perfect location with walks through the dunes and onto perfect white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. We've been twice now and will definitely return.

Stayed here for 3 nights in hardstanding electric pitch in our campervan having booked at the beginning of January. What a gorgeous little site. Welcoming owners who could often be seen walking about the site, beautifully looked after pitches and nice modern, clean and well maintained toilet and shower blocks all clearly marked out with sanitiser etc for COVID. Top field (houses campers and tents) definitely has better views and only few minutes walk through a gate leading to the most stunning of beaches. I loved my doll early morning walks with the dog when we had the breached to ourselves. The water is stunning and clear and great for kayaking and swimming. Great family and dog friendly site. Only point I could suggest is the addition of lighting for through the night to guide to toilet blocks as quite a scary walk in pitch black. Definitely be back!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in our campervan, the pitch was perfect, gravel with grass awning space to the side which has an awning size artificial grass area ensuring nice and dry even if wet. The facilities are modern and very clean. The site is only a walk over the dunes to the beautiful Camusdarach beach. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the reception holds basic supplies however the bonus is fresh croissants and Pain au Chocolat every morning also coffee and tea. The site is also dog friendly.

We stayed on Camusdarach campsite for 2 nights, I wish we could have stayed longer. It is simply the most beautiful place I’ve ever been.
The campsite it’s spotless, large pitches and well kept. Toilets and showers are spotless.
The reception sells fresh coffee and croissants in the mornings.
We originally had a secluded pitch however reception were so helpful and we were able to move the next day to a beautiful pitch with a sea view.
The walk to the beach is lovely and the beach itself is breathtaking. We will definitely be back here.
First class facilities, friendly staff and we were made to feel so welcome.

Not a great welcome, wedding party and coaches meant we had to wait on the road to get into the site. It got gradually worse as the pitch was too narrow for any van and the next door awning was under our front door, which was about a foot away when we opened the door. (We don't have a big van).
We were offered nothing else apart from stay on the pitch and put up with it or a refund and go home. Staying on the pitch contravened every fire reg in the book and the neighbours looked horrified too. After reading such great reviews, we were very, very disappointed. Possible change of owners, but not sure.
Given we booked in January, we were not impressed and then when we did get a refund, we had to ask again for the full amount. We won't be going back!! Not a brilliant picture attached, because we didn't want to take a picture of the folk in the awning, but if you look in the mirror, the grey is the canvas of their awning and the yellow, the guy rope that was going under our door.
Luckily found an alternative as we were not going to camp in a lay by given the pressures on the local area.

Just returned from a 5 night stay. Hard standing and hookup for a Camper. Brilliant showers and access to the beach you can only hope for. Owners Lovley. Traveled with 2 Dogs (and Hubby) were sited next to some other dog owners and it worked out a treat. Two Lovley families one on each side to socialy distace chat too and doggo's entertained as well. Weather was changeable - its the west cost after all but it didn't matter beaches were amazing even in the wind and drizzle ... managed a couple of open water swims. This really is a hidden gem , not too big with good facilities.

We had the best time at Camusdarach! We stayed as a group in a pod (Challenger), a pitch for a large tent and a campervan pitch and all loved it! The pod was cosy and clean and the mattresses really comfy. There is a lovely view from the small decking outside the pod. The toilets and showers are really clean and plenty of hot water. Laundry facilities available for a good price. I loved walking down for a takeaway coffee and pain au chocolat every morning from reception. There are a few little beaches and one big beach at the campsite and all of them are stunning, the sunsets were amazing too! Thanks for the best stay, we've already booked again for next summer!

Campsite is kept very clean and excellent location. Lovely facilities block. Very spacious pitches. Location for views and the beach could not be better. My Glamping pod was a disappointment, it was shabby to look at with the exterior and decking looking faded grey. On entering it was dirty with cobwebs and dust a concern in these covid times. We were with a group of friends so just cleaned the pod ourselves and commented at the end of the stay which appeared to be not welcome. A shame that this pod was letting them down as everything else was great.
