Stayed here on family recommendation and wasn't disappointed. The quayside location only enhanced the experience, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great ambience and excellent food, all came together for me. One of those rare out of the way places worth going out of your way for. Yep, loved it.

We went to Aberaeron in September and phoned the Harbourmaster to see if they had a table free for that evening, it was midweek and they did. We had excellent service and an excellent meal and enjoyed the experience so much that we have booked for eight of us next Spring...what more can I say!

A lovely old building overlooking Aberaeron harbour. Our room, Cadwgan, on the second floor was not very large but had everything one would expect. The bed was large and comfortable, tea and coffee equipment with "proper"coffee and home-made biscuits, adequate wardrobe space, large TV and even room for a small sofa. The bathroom was huge with double-aspect windows and a... More

Comfortable, welcoming hotel, with well appointed bedroom. (Upgraded for free to a room with a sea view and sitting terrace). Enough space in the bathroom to swing a mountain lion. Splendid breakfast. Lovely evening meal marred somewhat by very loud drinkers at the the bar. Not sure what could be done about that, though.

Good Sunday lunch in the restaurant (also food in bar). Were able to cope with gluten free for one guest. Delightful location and pleasant walks easy to find. parking a bit of a challenge but managed to park further out of the town

Called in whilst we were on holiday with our granddaughter near Aberporth. Menu choice was extensive. We had oysters, modules frites and fish and chips. All delicious. Comfortable surroundings by the quayside. Would definitely return if we're in the area again!

Stayed here for 3 nights in a small but attractive second floor room, Aeron Belle. We really liked being able to sit on our cosy sofa and watch the sun setting over the harbour. It was also nice to have a sea view from our bathroom window. We could hear faint tv sound from the neighbouring room and also the... More
