Very convenient; walking distance from station and beach with parking. Very clean and recently decorated. Diane was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The whole experience was very pleasant. One of the best B@Bs I've stayed in.

Bryn Coed is central to Colwyn Bays shops, bars and eateries and just a short drive to Conwy and Llandudno. It is like a home from home. Comfortable, immaculately clean and the lovliest owner Diane who makes you feel like one of the family ! The rooms are equipped with a TV, free wi fi, good choice of beverages, biscuits... More

One of the friendliest places we have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like friends rather than customers. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning and Dianne even went to the trouble to get my partner some black pudding after he requested it! Beautifully clean and pleasant bed room. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely... More

Lovely and welcoming, great breakfast served each morning and very accommodating. Did not feel like a guest at all, and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Lovely people and with it being just a stones throw from the sea-front, and the centre of Colwyn Bay, it's the perfect place to stay.

I stayed for 1 night on 2nd april 2014. What can I say? I didn't feel like a guest at all. Diane and Chris are friendly welcoming people who you can sit and chat with like you were old friends. My room was clean and comfortable and although not en suite, the nearby bathroom was for my use only. Welcome... More

I stayed at Bryn Coed for one night and received a warm friendly welcome, an upgrade and a delious bowl of homemade tomato soup. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast cooked exactly as I like it. I am returning to the area tomorrow so I will be staying for another night as I felt at home there.
