The Awel Mor is situated directly on the seafront in the unspoilt town of Criccieth. With spectacular sea views the Awel Mor is only a short stroll to historic Criccieth Castle and to the many restaurants in the town. We are ideally situated for touring the Lleyn Peninsula, the Snowdonia National Park and for visiting the many attractions and beautiful villages nearby.

I initially booked in May but circumstances changed. Just been there for Carol's birthday and Louise remembered it in our original conversation. Absolutely fantastic room with amazing views. And a bottle of Presseco and chocs awaiting. Breakfast superb, brilliant couple Will certainly return John

Absolutely outstanding views, really comfy bed & room and the breakfast was wonderful too. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mark and Louise for such a fantastic stay. It was also such a lovely touch having the little goody bag on the breakfast table every morning with different baked goodies in. We would love to come back very soon. We are certainly missing the sound of the sea and opening the curtains every morning to that beautiful view.

A lovely friendly B&B with very welcoming hosts. Able to help with dietary requirements without fuss. Gorgeous sea views from a thoroughly clean and comfortable room. Plenty of knowledge of the area and recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble. Planning another visit already!

Really enjoyed our stay at Awel Mor, it's hard to fault Mark and Louise, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and the breakfast was great, there were also freshly baked cakes or biscuits every morning at breakfast which you could take with you for later in the day, one of several nice touches which you don't get in most places. It's also yards from the beach, with great views from the front bedrooms, we would most definitely stay here again, one of the best B&B's we've been to, can't wait for our next visit

Lovely bed and breakfast. We were on the top floor. Had lovely views out to sea. Room was spotless. Breakfast perfect. Mark the host was very accommodating. Idea base for exploring north Wales. Would definitely recommend it.
