    Im very disappointed to find that despite all the help that we have offered you during your stay you still decided to give us this review. On your arrival you have checked into a single room with your dog. After little while you came to the reception to tell the staff the heating is not working. We have moved you to one of our one bedroom apartments where the heating was working absolutely fine. You were still not happy. The member of my staff offered you a cup of tea but you said that your dog is struggling to settle which is completely not our fault. About the breakfast, guest has booked a room only rate as we advertise few rates online, with or without breakfast. We have advised the guest on arrival that she has booked room only rate but she can add the breakfast at extra £7. She agreed. After checking the single room after guest have moved, the TV was working absolutely fine and yes I agree there was a problem with the heating but our handy man has fixed it. Also after checking with the cleaner she must have forgotten to put tea bags in the room and im sorry about it but the guest has never mentioned it or asked for tea bags. I apologise for all those faults that did not make your stay enjoyable but me and my staff have tried our best to help and we always offer help to our guests during their stay.

    Welsh weekend away
    My husband,Grandchildren and I stayed in this B&B for 3days and we could not fault it. It was extremely clean and the service from the staff was exceptional. I would certainly recommend this place to stay.

    All too brief....
    Four of us plus dog Stayed here on way to zip wire. Extremely friendly and efficiently run B and B. Very clean,lovely shower, delicious breakfast and good beds. Beautiful surroundings and well worth the stop.

    Hi. Is it walking distance into town for restaurants and bars etc?
    I imagine you could walk yes...I would use google maps to confirm this based on your own definition of “walking distance”.however I would describe it as a small town with a few pubs.
