A lovely old building set in acres and acres of beautiful country side to explore with the river Seiont flowing through its grounds. We arrived, very hungry, around 4pm and headed straight for the bistro. We were waited upon by the lovely Helen and had some of the best fish and chips Ive tasted. The fish was to die for...

In need of serious updating. Feels more like an old folks home than a hotel. Bar had less atmosphere than the moon. Restaurant menu limited and lacking in any imagination and was so close to the unseen swimming pool that the only smell was chlorine and not the food.

Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Swimming pool well cared for and clean too. We sat in the bar to have pre dinner drink but sadly this area of the hotel is lacking in atmosphere, it needs cheering up, the fire lighting and a little music. The staff were all very helpful, cheerful and hard working. Dinner on...

In spite of the tired appearance of the Manor, the staff did everything they could to make our stay both enjoyable and memorable. Our room was large, clean and comfortable, but it is the public areas which need a facelift - particularly the bar and lounges which appear dark and dingy in the evening. Our evening meals were very good,...

Really great location. The bedroom was lovely. The hidden gem is Helen who made sure that our stay was perfect. The food in the restaurant was way beyond normal hotel fayre and highly recommended. We will be back.

Fabulous experience. 2 night deal with breakfast each morning and dinner on first evening. Food excellent. Wine a little expensive but on a par with similar hotel prices. Staff were lovely, attentive and pleasant making our stay even more enjoyable. A great location to enjoy a walk to the summit of Mount Snowdon. Will return

The location of this hotel is lovely and the room was nicely appointed. We benefitted from a secret escapes break for two nights and were able to use it both climb mount Snowdon and visit Port Merrion. The food was good if not spectacular. We had an issue which we brought to the managers attention upon departure who resolved it...
