Great little place, immaculately clean, and a friendly proprietor. Good value for money. Excellent English Breakfast, just the start I needed before jumping back on the bike. Very happy with the whole experience. :)

Yes it's free parking after 6pm and before 9am. But it's not particularly expensive outside of this. Maybe £2 for 2 hours.
