Stayed at this hotel for a wedding in the village. It is quite pricey but it was well worth it. Our room (house 8) overlooked the bay and it was lovely to see the view shifting with the change of tide. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom stocked with quality

I've been waiting 40 years to visit The Village. I watched The Prisoner on US armed forces TV in Germany in the 70s, and it took me another twenty years to finally discover that it had all been filmed at this awesome location. Signage directing you to the hotel is excellent,

Stayed here using the Spring break deal. We had scones and tea on arrival, 3 course meal and bed and breakfast. Had a beautiful room overlooking the water in the front of the hotel. Enjoyed our stay and staff were helpful and food delicious.

Thank you for your question. Yes every room/suite has their own allocated parking space. Staff are on the tollgate 24 hours a day and you are able to access the village outside of the normal public opening hours.

How many family rooms do you have that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children?
Sorry I was a guest to, and our room was a double. I suspect the hotel may not accommodate family rooms, but accommodation can be given regards flats or apartments within the grounds.

I would book a room at the hotel. Like you I was unsure where to book but was pleased we booked at the hotel. The hotel is an interesting building resembling a ship, all rooms have water views, there is a lovey dining room as well as other beautifully furnished sitting rooms The village rooms and castle are all some distance from the hotel and restaurant although there is an excellent bistro at the castle hotel.
