We have a seasonal caravan pitch at Barcdy and no matter what the weather Karen and George always have a smile and a friendly greeting. The site is set in beautiful scenery, with hills and woodland to explore and a lovely view across the estuary. Great base for sightseeing, walking or just relaxing.

The campsite and owners were fantastic. The facilities were excellent - clean toilets/showers, big pitches and generally a really well run business! We cannot thank the owners enough for helping us out and going out of their way for when our car broke down. not only the owners but all the locals were really friendly and willing to help. the...

Few days away with my wife, running in the mountains and cycling on Route 8 just behind the camp site, wonderful for both. Stayed for 5 nights September 2016, extremely clean site, toilets' and shower block spotless, rained most days but that never bothered us, big dryer next to showers. Couple of easy days out for coffee and cake, Harlech...

We had a 6-night stay at Barcdy, our first time camping in Wales, and had a fabulous time. This site is very good. Toiler/shower facilities are great, clean and plenty of hot water. Lovely little touches, like adjustable height showers - you don't see that very often! Great dishwashing area, laundry facilities etc. One gripe from me though - we...

Really friendly owners welcomed us, very spacious camping plots and facilities all very close as is a small campsite. Very clean facilities and no queueing to use them! Really close to local towns and lots to do nearby. Well maintained site and lots of families enjoying the location. Highly recommended! We will be back ☺

Stayed here for three nights. Very impressed with the location and scenery. Easy to find on a newly resurfaced road. The forest and the short walks you can do right from the campsite were great. Loved the view from slightly higher up. Good location for exploring either in the direction of Harlech or Betws-y-coed (or just the immediate area). Also...

Three night stay.+ setting, clean facilities, no dogs, use of fridges etc - facilities limited, no hairdryer in toilet block, no privacy sinks. I hadnt realised how boggy the land was on and around the site. So when it rained all be it a lot the pitch became extremely muddy and waterlogged. Maybe not the best site for camping field...
